Age Restrictions
It is against the law to sell or supply intoxicating substances to persons less than 18 years of age in the UK. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If our couriers are in doubt of the age of the recipient of an order they will request some form of ID. In the event that this is not satisfied they are not permitted to leave the wine
Deliveries
All deliveries are dispatched at the earliest possible date. Mainland UK destinations are usually delivered between 2-3 days from order. Non mainland UK destinations will take longer. They are dispatched in extra strength wine cases with a reputable courier service. If you have queries regarding delivery or the wine has arrived in a unsatisfactory condition please contact us immediately at jim@hellionwines.com. We will refund or replace any damaged stock. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to log any complaints.

All wines are re-packed into extra strengh freight cases and couriered overnight.

Information gained from Registration and sales on this site is for the sole use of Hellion Wines UK Ltd. In accordance to the Data Protection Act no information will be given to third parties.
All credit card details are stored with the bank and secure server. Hellion Wines has no access to these details.
